Da Fu Di Booking Terms and Conditions

1. Reservation Policy:

- All reservations are subject to availability.

- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a reservation at our discretion.

- Sitting allocation will be selected at the our discretion, however we shall strive to accommodate to your needs for specific sitting arrangements, in which you may contact us at 012 - 342 7028 for such arrangements.

2. Reservation Confirmation:

- A valid credit card may be required to secure certain reservations.

- Your reservation is received only upon receipt of a confirmation email or text message.

- Your reservation is only confirm upon the restaurant receiving a deposit of 30% of the set meal selected

3. Cancellation Policy:

- Please inform us at least 73 hours in advance if you need to cancel or modify your reservation.

- Late cancellations or no-shows will be subjected to a non-refundable of the deposit collected

4. Group Reservations:

- For groups of 10 or more, you may contact us at 012 - 342 7028

5. Arrival Time:

- Please arrive on time for your reservation. We may release your table if you are more than 20 minutes late without prior notice.

6. Special Requests:

- We will do our best to accommodate any special requests, such as dietary restrictions or special occasions. Please notify us in advance by reaching out to us at 012 - 342 7028

7. Menu Changes:

- Our menu items and prices are subject to change without notice.

8. Alcohol Policy:

- We reserve the right to refuse service of alcoholic beverages to anyone under the legal drinking age or to guests who appear intoxicated.

- There will be a corkage fee of RM 150 for Wine and RM 250 for Liquor.

9. **Force Majeure:**

- We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.

10. Privacy:

- Your personal information will be treated in accordance with our privacy policy.
